Custom label stock matched to the correct adhesive made to your specifications. In most cases, when you send a label into the elements, you hope it will hold up and look good for years to come. Temperature extremes, moisture, and sunlight can all take their toll. Legibility may be critical.
We can customize: Shape and size, Material, Adhesive, Partial print for in house serialization, 3" and 1" cores sizes. Our label blanks work with all popular printers including: Zebra, Datamax, Sato, Cab, and Intrmec. All blanks can be pre-printed with eye catching customer logos.

Specialty Adhesives

Adhesive is suitable for a wide range of applications including those which must adhere in sub zero freezer conditions.
Service Temp is –65F to 200F. Minimum application temperature is –20F
Solder wave reflow – IR reflow – Top and/ or bottom side wave solder – Most cleaning processes and chemicals.
Up to 500F short term heat resistance and outstanding solvent resistance.
Adhesive is cleanly removable on many substrates including fragile papers. Great for filing and long term document retention.
Up to 450°F short term heat resistance with adhesion to powder coated surfaces and most plastics.
Up to 250°F short term heat resistance with high initial bonding strength to a variety of surfaces. Excellent flagging resistance on small diameter surfaces.

Graffiti Resistant Overlaminating Label Product 7248 is a 3M proprietary
polyester designed to provide graffiti resistance when used as a protective overlaminate on various printed media. The film provides resistance to permanent marker, crayon, paint and other forms of defacement..
Clear polycarbonate overlaminates that offer excellent moisture and abrasion resistance.
Protective overlaminate, UL, chemical resistant, excellent UV resistance and clarity. UV resistant lamination film adds years to the life of multi-colored labels.

Multilayer & Hybrid Combinations

When nothing else will stick a polyester coated with a thick tire adhesive assures a permanent bond.
Labels with all static background information preprinted and ready for on demand thermal transfer secondary print. Specially designed clear durable PET lamination film is resistant to most chemicals and abrasion.
