ABLT customers can choose from sequentially numbered print barcode labels for all your industrial label needs or you can choose from a variety of pressure sensitive custom bar code labels in label stocks including polyester, vinyl, nylon and bi-axially oriented polypropylene. A variety of additional label stocks are available through ABLT, including a wide range of papers, films, fabrics, foils and metals. Product ID Labels:
These serial model number labels are ideal for unique identification of each part produced within a group of same part numbers. These control labels can include information composed of plain human readable characters, linear bar code or an embedded RFID chip.
Pallet ID Labels:
Sometimes called license plate labels, these serialized barcode pallet labels are applied to pallets when a product is received or shipped at the dock. This type of barcoding instantly allows identification of the pallet and its contents when data is entered or retrieved from the inventory control system.
Inventory Control Labels:
Similar to pallet identification labels, these inventory labels can be linked with any purchasable item in a store or catalog, allowing unique identification and efficient tracking throughout the manufacturing and shipping process. Tracking labels also simplify inventory controls by merely scanning bar codes rather than manually writing or keying part numbers and quantities.
Tamper Indicating Labels:
The tamper evident label makes unauthorized access to the protected item easily detected, heightening label security. Our tamper resistant labels come in options including warranty void labels, destructible labels and holographic pattern labels.
Polyester Label Stock:
Polyester pressure sensitive label stock can withstand a vast array of challenging environments and manufacturing processes due to its extreme durability and versatility.
Vinyl Label Stock:
Vinyl pressure sensitive label stock is long-lasting and highly flexible. In its permanent form this vinyl label can withstand up to eight years in a severe outdoor environment but is still resilient enough to conform to contours within the environment. In its removable adhesive form, this vinyl label stock still offers excellent long-term adhesion, durability and conformability but removes clean.
Bi-axially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP):
BOPP is ideal for medical and laboratory manufacturing processes because the polypropylene is strong enough to withstand any heat produced by an autoclave. BOPP also features a high gloss finish, is resistant to oils and greases and can be recyclable.
Nylon Tag Stock:
: Nylon labels come in both sew-in and iron-in varieties. These flexible, industrial strength nylon tracking labels are 100% nylon and are perfect for identification needs on woven products and bank bags.
